All orders are processed on Wednesday each week, unless notified otherwise. (You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a USPS tracking number, once your package is on its way.) We provide FREE SHIPPING to all addresses within the continental United States. Foreign addresses will be charged a shipping fee.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Since customs policies vary from country to country, we cannot predict what they may be and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information.
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives safe and sound, and in a timely fashion, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Since body jewelry is a personal item, we CANNOT offer any refunds or exchanges on jewelry. PLEASE KNOW YOUR SIZE AND GAUGE WHEN ORDERING! You wouldn’t want to buy previously-worn jewelry, and we can’t guarantee it was not worn so this policy is to protect YOU.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for aftercare products or apparel either so please be sure of size when ordering apparel.
